Film Age Rating

For our film we are choosing to put it as an 18, this is because our film includes swearing, drugs and violence, which wouldn't be suitable for younger audiences.

Film Audience

Our film audience will be mostly adults. The film is set in the past so older people would relate to it as they were alive in that era. The film rating is over 18, so there wouldn't be a large chance of our film being popular with the younger audience.

Actors, films and background information.

Action is a huge film industry, mostly all films including small parts. The first action films to make presence would be Western, or pirate films. But as the years progressed, War movies came into play, which started to include guns and war machines.

Nowadays, you can barely come across a film that doesn't have a little fight scene in it, or guns for that matter.

There are loads of action actors, but only a few stand out, such as Arnold Schwarznegger, Steve McQueen, Clint Eastwood, Sylvester Stallone, Bruce Lee, Bruce Willis, I could go on.

As for action films, there are many sub-genres. For instance, Action-Comedy, such as White Chicks or Rush Hour. There's a female based one, where the lead role, is infact a woman, such as Kill Bill, which somewhat breaks the conventions of action film.
